Let's have great conversation and equally great food at restaurants in Brooklyn. I'm not thinking only of the well-known restaurants but also of the little gems sprinkled throughout the borough. Suggestions are always welcome. Let's eat!

To introduce myself: My name is Nicole and I live in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. After spending most of my 20s and early 30s alone, I have found myself in a happy relationship (knock on wood). I have attended singles meet-ups, key parties, speed dating . . . and, of course, done a great deal of online dating. And now. . . perhaps it's cliché . . . but I would like to help others by creating a group that I wish existed when I was single. Why I created the group? I found speed dating to be …
Seems like there's a ton of cool young LGBT folks in Park Slope, but we always have to commute to the city or Williamsburg to meet each other. But central brooklyn - Park Slope, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Flatbush - has its own vibe, and some really great places to hang out, and Park Slope is the center of it all. So, why not hang out with each other here? [Also, while I don't want to be the 'age police' or 'card' anyone (I think the 'honor system' works much bett …
